Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work starts, your quotation or service agreement will explain the service fee, any deposit, payment milestone, and whether third-party charges apply. Third-party or official fees are normally non-refundable once paid or incurred.

You may request cancellation in writing. Fees for work already completed, reserved appointments, committed suppliers, and non-refundable third-party charges may be retained or remain payable.
